Urgent priority should only be used if you are unable to make or receive calls from a paid account. Marking a ticket as urgent for any other reason may cause it to be disregarded.

You may use this field to request expedited support for system outage conditions. If you select "$75 Is Worth Getting Immediate Response," and you truly are unable to make any inbound or outbound calls, no charge will be made to your account. However, if you select this option and our staff detects that you can make outbound calls to at least one number, and that inbound calls are being answered by your PBX/Softphone, you will be charged $75 for expedited support.
