Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Card - (up to 2.5% surcharge) - SIPTRUNK accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Debit Card - (no surcharge).
ACH Withdrawal (no surcharge) - Direct transfer of funds from bank account. Please reference the Set Up ACH Withdrawal Payment Method guide for step-by-step instructions.
Wire Transfer (no surcharge) - Direct transfer of funds from bank account. If you choose this method, you MUST include a transaction note with the invoice number and account number so that SIP.US can apply credit to the correct account.
NOTE: SIP.US does NOT accept checks.
Billing Statement Fees
DID Renewal - The monthly service fee for each active DID (phone number) on the account. Fees vary by the type of DID: Standard, Enhanced, Toll-free, Fax, International.
Setup - The only “setup” fees are one-time charges for DIDs when a Scalable Minutes Package order is placed. ATAs do have a one-time cost of $129 + $12.95 shipping.
Porting Fees
Voice Port: $10 per number. Contact the Billing Team for volume discounts.
Fax Port: $25
Per-Minute Outbound Calling Charges
SIP.US offers unlimited calling per channel and prepaid minutes packages to the continental US48 and Canada. For destinations outside of these regions, SIP.US bills at a per-minute rate. This applies to US Alaska and Hawaii, other US territories, and international destinations.
IMPORTANT: There is a fee of $75 for each unprovisioned outbound E911 call (refers to calls made to 911 services from a number that is not provisioned for E911 calls). Learn more about purchasing Enhanced DIDs and the provisioning process in this article E911 - Important Information.
