Failed Calls Troubleshooting with SIP.US Technical Support

Failed SIP calls can happen for many reasons, and sometimes you need to submit a Support ticket to diagnose the issue. When submitting that ticket to support@sip.us, it is necessary to include some information about that calls that failed. This guide seeks to describe the information that the SIP.US Support Team needs to troubleshoot your calls.

  1. Navigate to the SIP Trunking -> Call Detail Records tab in the Customer Portal.

2. Take a screenshot of the page with your calls, such that your SIP.US Technical Support team member can begin diagnosing why your calls failed.

If you are unable to provide a screenshot directly from the customer portal, please provide the following information. In order for us to locate the call, you will need to provide us with the SIP trunk number, the date and time (from the past 24 hours), the number you are calling to, and the number you are calling from. Please also specify the time zone.
