SIP.US Portal Introduction
Users will log in to the Customer Portal, which is a one-stop shop for everything you need related to account management. SIP.US is designed as a self-service model in which users can directly manage billing, orders, port requests, manage SIP trunks, review CDRs, submit requests for technical support, access the knowledge base, and update other account settings.
SIP Trunking
Sections include a list of all SIP trunks on the account along with management options (registration credentials), call detail records (CDRs), DID (telephone number) management, the DID order page, and international calling settings.

Account Overview
The Account Overview panel is a static UI element in the Customer Portal which displays important information at all times. You can quickly reference it to note the account number and the current prepaid balance. If you need to add funds, there is quick-link button below. The number of SIP trunks on the account is also displayed, which you can manage via the quick-link button. Telephone Numbers (DIDs) are displayed next, detailing the total quantity and a breakdown of the DID types. There are quick-link buttons if you need to purchase more numbers or manage your existing inventory.
NOTE: The quick-links serve as alternative options to navigating the full user menu panel on the left.
Billing
The Billing tab is where customers can view orders and click on individual invoices to view order details:
Payment Center
The Payment Center functions as the hub for everything else related to charges, payments, and notifications. Here, you can add or update payment methods, add funds to the prepaid account balance, set up billing-related notifications and invoice email delivery destinations, and set rules for account balance auto-replenishment.
